Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of Strafi, a service provided by Scalepoint Partners Ltd (company number 15622199), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting access to and using Strafi, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions? Contact us at info@strafi.co.
What Strafi is
Strafi is a financial intelligence service delivered via WhatsApp. It reads data from the accounting, payment and CRM platforms you choose to connect, on a read-only basis, and produces plain English intelligence about your financial position, including headroom, tax obligations, invoice status and client risk.
Strafi is not financial advice. It provides information and commentary only. Nothing Strafi produces should be relied upon as professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified adviser before making financial decisions.
Early access
Strafi is currently in private early access. During this period:
- The service is free to use.
- Access is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
- The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued without notice.
We will give reasonable notice before introducing paid tiers, and reserve the right to change the pricing model at any time.
Your obligations
By using Strafi you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requesting access.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
- Not use the service in a way that places excessive or unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Keep your WhatsApp number secure — you are responsible for any activity that occurs through it.
Connected accounts
Where Strafi connects to an account you hold with a third-party platform, such as FreeAgent, Xero, Stripe or HubSpot, via OAuth:
- You authorise Strafi to read the data described in our Privacy Policy on your behalf.
- Strafi never writes to, modifies, or posts anything to any connected account.
- You can revoke access at any time from within that platform's own connected applications settings, without contacting us.
- You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the data held in your connected accounts.
How Strafi accesses, stores and processes that data is set out in full on our security page.
Limitations of the service
Strafi's outputs depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data in your connected accounts. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or up to date. In particular:
- Headroom calculations are estimates based on the data available at the time of the request.
- Tax figures reflect data as recorded in your accounting platform and may not account for adjustments, disputes, or changes not yet entered.
- Signal logic is calibrated against common patterns for UK limited companies but may not reflect your specific circumstances.
Intellectual property
All software, design, signal logic, and content comprising the Strafi service is owned by Scalepoint Partners Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
The data in your connected accounts remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalepoint Partners Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Strafi, including but not limited to financial decisions made on the basis of Strafi's outputs.
Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during early access is zero).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Strafi at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time by contacting us to request removal of your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp to active users.
